Crunch Fitness - Seminole

The place is pretty cool. Every piece of exercise equipment you can think of (and some you couldn't), and just great people. And when you have a trainer named Eitan Pearl, it's even better. He pushes me just hard enough for me to do things I honestly didn't think I could do. And he's in the process of transforming my health for the better. Doing what he can to get me moving and changing my habits so that I will live to see my grand baby grow up. I HIGHLY recommend this life transforming place to work out and get healthy.

Great gym. Two floors of great equipment, it has everything you need to be successful. Excellent variety of classes with passionate instructors that are always helpful and friendly. They have personal trainers if you need one, water massage and tanning beds, changing rooms. Mostly new equipment, including cable/resistance machines. Great vibe and music in the gym at all times. They have vendors come in time to time, which is great as well. Membership gives you some discounts with local businesses. We really love the gym.

It gets busy around 4:30. It’d be nice if one of the employees were wiping down seats because a lot of the gym goers don’t wipe their sweat off the machines, or put their weights away. Kinda funny, you go there to move heavy things but you can’t move heavy things to put them away.

...and don’t get me started about the guys that skip leg day so they can do arms more often.
