iStorage Self Storage

So far so good, haven’t moved into it yet but secured a unit. The service was amazing by Clarence, he is extremely attentive friendly and understanding. He has help us so much already. Just need to move the stuff in now.

Clarence was an excellent welcome to the storage units and offered superb customer service. There’s easy, convenient access to the units. Climate controlled units not only help protect the stored stuff but is also a nice break from the outside heat when moving. Variety of storage area sizes help make this a great place.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location when working with Clarence. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was given exceptional service. Clarence took the time to answer questions and find the right storage unit for my needs. When moving, things can be very hectic and the process here felt effortless which I greatly appreciated!

Great location, price, and service!
I have rented a space here for over a year, the facility is very nice and clean, and their auto-payment system makes it very easy to handle rent. Every interaction that I have had with iStorage has been very pleasant.

Last month I decided that I needed a larger storage unit, and they were great at finding me something that would work for me as a space, and within my budget. They also helped me out during the transition from one unit to the new unit (since it was mid-month), which was GREAT!

As the time to officially vacate from my old unit approached, I was called away on business. The only time that I would have to check-out of my old unit was on a Sunday (when the office was closed). I had already given them prior notice, but I was not going to be in town when I needed to officially check out. I was anticipating having some issues with this, and I was going to be on the West Coast. I cleaned out my old unit, and left a note at the office and just hoped for the best…

When I landed in California early the next Monday morning, I had an email from iStorage Seminole letting me know that I had officially vacated my old unit, and everything was all set! I was completely relieved, and they took care of me without any hassle.

All in all, I am one happy camper!
