Last minute one night trip. It was a very busy weekend in the area. King room with separate living area that had a pull out couch. It is an older building but it was clean and in good repair. Our room was in building 4 and we had a view of the water from both the balcony and the entrance side of the room. There was a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and small coffee pot. Bed was comfortable. It was a beach front hotel, during busy season and with several things going on nearby. Rate was $440 with fees and taxes. I think it was more of a $200 a night room, which it is at other times of the year. I am not unhappy as it was last minute and rooms were hard to find in the area. I would stay there again especially if I could get closer $200 plus fees and taxes.
This resort was a part of a package we booked through costco travel and it was simply amazing. The resort was well kept and clean. The location was the best part, as it was right on the beach. There are 4 buildings that are part of the resort, and we did request to switch rooms and ended up staying in building 4. This building is separate from the others and offers a little bit more privacy. On the weekends it was very lively and had weddings every day, so sometimes there were parties going into the night but we didn't mind the celebration. Overall, we loved our stay.
I enjoyed my stay and the staff was nice. Pool area was kept clean. Cute bar by pool area, food was tasty, menu has something for everyone. My favorite appetizer was the sweet potato fries, nice and crispy. The beautiful sunsets were breathtaking, even saw a few weddings. Overall, was enjoyable, but
call me picky, bathrooms need updating.
