  I am definitely a pessimist when it comes to car dealers... they all lie and it seems they are all trained at the same school to pitch the same BS to every potential buyer. Not James and not Pro Toyz... this is the real deal straight up. Thoroughly enjoyed the back and forth interaction and the buying experience. Love the new (used) Jeep and it was exactly as described. If I am looking for another vehicle in the future, I'll just call James and if he doesn't have it, I'll ask him to find it for me and I'll buy it through him just to avoid dealing with the BS of other sellers. Hope you stay at it James... we need honest dealers who deal in superior quality vehicles.

  Great Experience. I do not like buying cars. I make it a big decision and stress out about it. James made it easy. It must be difficult for both buyer and seller. In my case I tend to be suspicious and do not understand how much work it is to sell a car, especially to someone like me. The no pressure, take it or leave it, and talking with the person who actually knows the car, really helped.
  
  He had the right car for me and was confident it was in good shape. As I talked with James, I began to understand and appreciate his way of doing business. When he saw me hesitate to commit, he said, I had time because it would not show again till the next afternoon. That let me sleep on it. Time was just what I needed to realize how honest he is and feel good about it. He even let me trade in my old ride that was not nearly as sporty as the new one. I will recommend him to my friends.

  These guys actually care about you and will do everything in their power to make sure you leave satisfied. James met me there on his day off! Nobody is there to take advantage of you and they make the car buying process as painless as possible. Truly amazed by James and his level of professionalism and dedication to the customer.

  Purchased a used vehicle from these guys and they are the real deal! Came in on their day off, they were super nice and easy to deal with, not pushy at all, but most of all they had a CLEAN, QUALITY vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a car. I would trust my own daughter with them!! Thanks guys for being good folks!!
