First time visited. This place is larger than you would expect. The variety is very large and plants look fresh and well cared for. Prices seem to be reasonable. A definite place to visit if you're looking for plants or flowers.

Very healthy & well stocked plants/tress. 100% customer service. The only thing I found with so many plants, shrubs & trees virtually no pots! They are (per employee) redoing the pot section & will be getting more pots. Would love it if they get some really big different color pots!

I don't ever really write reviews for anything. I felt the need to with this one though, as they definitely deserve it.

This morning I called in 25 minutes before they opened, someone answered the phone and was patient with my question. I'm a new grower and I have what appeared to be an assortment of pests on my habanero plant. They asked me to cut a leaf off with some pests on it and bring it in to help identify it. I'm sure other nurseries do this too, but it just seemed SO practical. In a day and age where you have to pay a plumber $150 to drive to your house and tell you that your pipe is clogged, it felt great to experience how practical and helpful Willow Tree was. I was approached almost immediate upon walking in, to which I was pointed in the direction of someone to help me with my problem. The man I talked to was clearly knowledgeable, not only explaining what kinds of pests they were, but also providing ideas for possible treatment and prevention. Then upon talking to another employee and asking about getting a mister for the neem oil I was using (unsuccessfully through a regular spray bottle that wasn't able to properly mix the oil in). The employee offered me a cheap home alternative if I was willing to put the time and effort in, saving me some money on hardware that my operation wasn't quite ready for anyways.

Overall This was a GREAT experience, and I will absolutely be back. I wish I got some names of the helpful employees, but honestly they all deserve praise. Thanks for the help! Can't wait for this first harvest!

This is THE nursery. I spent almost 1.5 hours enjoying the wide variety of plants and prices. I just couldn’t believe how amazing it was. The staff is incredibly helpful and will walk around giving you information and help, if you ask for it. I was able to find everything on my “wish list”, plus more. Such a great nursery and we will absolutely be back. Plus, they had a rooster!:)
