Then I took the OUPV and Master upgrade classes at the St Pete Sea School and really expanded my knowledge and skills. When it was time to submit, Victor was instrumental insuring all of my paperwork was in order. These guys really have the entire program down and I highly recommend engaging them to expand your seamanship skills.
