I have known Andrea for a couple of years and her passion and vision to bring these amazing tools to our children (the future of our planet) is amazing and profound.

I have been following Andrea’s work since the very beginning, when she started teaching yoga and created the wonderful yoga school for kids in Miami, Happy Warriors Yoga. She is very dedicated and careful while planning and teaching classes, always monitoring closely her students, children and adults. She is a very compassionate and commited teacher, and as a result her yoga school in Miami grew very rapidly. My 13-year-old daughter Mariana and I took several classes with Andrea during the pandemic. The classes are fun, playful and very engaging for kids. She has always been very concerned with the physical well-being and mental health of the little ones, so essential in today's world. I totally approve and recommend it!

Andrea and Wise Yoga Buddies are the best!!!! The classes are absolutely perfect: every single class is very well planned to be a fun and engaging experience for the kids while using their deep knowledge of yoga to contribute to developing the brains of our kids. I have two very different girls, and they both attend to classes with Wise Yoga Buddies. They have both gained a lot of knowledge on how to stay calm and regulate themselves in stressful situations, they have learned about meditation and mindfulness, the chakras, and of course, the most advanced and sweaty yoga poses!! 😂 One of my kids, who has ADHD, says that the tools she learn with Wise Yoga Buddies help her stay focused and calm during tests in middle school. I’m so grateful to have my kids attend yoga and mindfulness classes with them!
