  Below is my original post, which i would like to update as follows:
  
  After posting my review, i was contacted by Mr. Sacino, who was unaware of my complaint. He took it upon himself to personally look into my issue and was persistent with his follow up. Ultimately, he resolved the situation to my satisfaction. As a result, I am happy to once again be using their service, as I had always felt they did a good job with my clothes and have very competitive prices, particularly when compared to other local cleaning services. I was impressed that the owner of the business was so determined to make me a happy customer.

  I used Sacino's on the advice of a friend. I used the delivery service and within the 1st 3 deliveries a $400+ dress was missing. When I called to alert them, I was told the dress was delivered and the driver specifically remembered delivering the dress. When I pointed out that several other articles of clothing had been delivered and questioned how the driver could remember a particular dress among those items, I was told to "calm down" and someone would look into my issue. I was then told the dress was obviously stolen from the front door of my high rise, secure building downtown. while I was open to discussing the very remote possibility the dress was stolen from my front door, no one ever followed up and it's been weeks. I will never use them again.

  Sacino's is our favorite. I am always thrilled to the detail, quality, and service. The staff members are always helpful and responsive. Their delivery service is excellent and efficient. This is the best dry cleaner's in St. Petersburg by far.
