Very compassionate doctor. Really genuinely cares about whatever you are dealing with and never makes you feel rushed, takes the time to sit and talk. A breath of fresh air compared to other PCP and specialists. And never over booked so you don't have to make appointments weeks out.

Highly recommend Dr seltzer. Very thorough and actually takes the to sit and talk with you in regards to whatever issues you might have. Nancy at the front desk does a spectacular job as well!

My wife and I and our parents saw him in Largo and can’t wait to follow him in St Pete where he relocated his practice recently. I have been bouncing around from doc to doc and haven’t been happy without him and neither has our family. Unusually compassionate and down to earth.

I’ve never met a doctor like him. He really takes time to ask questions and identify areas of concern. I have a very complex and rare medical condition. He has taken the time to really study my condition to help find the best treatments for me. That is so rare! Most doctors don’t take the time and shuffle you out like a number. He is like an angel. I recently went to see Dr. Seltzer after my internist retired. I had a lot of anxiety about finding a new doctor. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive he was in reviewing my medical records and asking questions about my medical problems. It was a really great experience overall.
