  I’ve been at The House of Hope & Dreams now for a month & it is by far the best all around sober living house I’ve been to. The owner (Tim) goes above & beyond to lend a helping hand. He genuinely cares about the residents & fully understands the struggles that come along with addiction. You’re held accountable for your actions & are required to work an honest program. I would highly recommend The House of Hope & Dreams to anyone who is trying to strengthen their sobriety & continue their journey of recovery!

  I lived here for six months and it is hands down the best men's halfway house, or sober house (whatever you want to call it), in the St. Petersburg area and just in general. I have stayed at other halfway houses in the area and out of state and I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a 12 step based program which I personally believe is the best way to get sober and stay sober. They also don't micromanage you like some places do, you get just enough rope to hang yourself hypothetically. If you want to stay sober and put in the work this is the place to do it. There is always a great group of guys there. As far as halfway houses go you won't find a better one. The owner genuinely cares about people and will go out of his way to help those that are serious about recovery and are willing to tell him how devilishly handsome he is.

  House of hope and dreams is a great place to help you establish a positive and efficient drug free lifestyle. As a member of the house, I see several people here that are serious about their recovery. These people are like family to me and play a big part in my support network, including the house owner himself. The house alone is beautiful, very spacious, luxurious and kept clean. I've seen so many of the clients here grow tremendously over short periods of time. The house together as a team have established a work out area, a garden, expanded housing, and so much more coming soon. The new guys that come here seem to always be happy and satisfied with this place. House of hope and dreams is effectively beneficial to my life, without it I don't think I would've ever made it so far and accomplish the very things I thought I'd never could do.

  I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to change their life for the better. The owner is an amazing person that loves to help people and has been through the struggle himself. This sober house was the perfect fit for me maintain my sobriety and take steps into the real world. I love how they give you the respect you deserve here and don’t treat you like a 12 year old and watch over your shoulder every move you make like most halfway houses. There is great accountability and keeping each other held responsible for their recovery. The house is beautiful and has tons of brand new amenities and the house is always kept clean as a whistle.

  This private transitional house has been a true life saver! Clean and drama-free home for men in transition (just recently renovated with hard wood floors/brand new appliances and very comfortable common areas). Huge yard with grill and gym. All areas monitored by cameras 24/7 so very safe. Unlike traditional half-way houses, this transitional home fosters recovery and prides them selves on helping each individual regain a healthy and happy life back. The owner/operator (Tim) is always available and present to ensure the men are doing the things they need to do to re-enter society as upstanding citizens and will bend over backwards to help each of his residents. If you are looking for a transitional home; this is the one to go to in the Tampa Bay area!!!
