  David is amazing. Since day one he has been on top of everything in my apartment and every time I need something I just write him an email and within minutes I have a response back with a solution. He’s super professional and definitely you can see he’s a people person. Very happy to have him here for anything I need. Keep up the amazing work David ????????.

  This place really isn't that bad. Maintenance works hard and fast to replace things. Amanda is really sweet. It is very clean, and landscaped nicely. The pools are nice and clean. Neighbors are quiet and at least from my experiences in the last 2 years, there have been no crimes or property damage like some of other reviews I'm seeing. Many of the issues such as dog poop have been addressed. When our A/C unit went out 7x, it was finally replaced with a new one. The only reason I give them 4/5 stars is because the A/C is going out again (already twice this year), and I feel like their replacements are just patching the real problem. Also, parking is kind of ridiculous... My fiance and I have been together on the lease for 2 years, and recently, management is forcing one of us to pay $35/month to park a 2nd car on property. 2 people on the lease, only 1 car allowed. There is overflow parking available at their sister complex (3 blocks away). And even if we did pay the additional $35 to park at the place we live, it would be completely across the complex on the other side in overflow (10 min walk), and there is nothing special that you are paying for--no covered ports or garages. Maybe a feasible approach to this would be to use their sister complex for visitors only, and allow for anyone on the lease to park their car at the place where they live. Just a suggestion.
  
  Like I said, it's a decent place. Just needs some policy adjustments. :-)

  I was a little hesitant moving to these apartments after seeing the reviews but I thought I would give it a shot. We never toured these apt as for we were making the move 1,200 miles away. So I solely based my move on the area and features of the apartments. I have now lived here 1 month and it has honestly been the best experience so far. The staff is incredible, I was late coming in to get the keys for the apartment and they normally close at 6. I arrived at 6:04, and the lady stayed for me. Second: the pool by the office is AMAZING. Surrounded by palm trees, 8 1/2 feet deep, and quiet. Every time I'm in the pool it's always just me, LOVE. I've had two issues with my sinks and bathroom fan and it didn't take them long to fix them not even 20 min.. You're 12 min from St. Pete beach, warm beautiful weather. Everyone is SO FRIENDLY around here.. and no, I haven't seen 1 "loose" dog running around. Everyone keeps to themselves. 5 stars for me!
