:-) I have rented properties for most of my adult life and I can say with certainty that renting with Tourtelot Property Management was the best experience I've had as a tenant. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We were not just another applicant in line. We were asked to write a letter to the owners as to why we would be the best tenants for them before we even filled out the application and if you've rented before then you know why this is a unique part of the renting process. David Weiss has been my property manager since 2014. We have 5 properties that he manages. Over the years I have gone through 5 other managers through Tourtelot. David is the best manager out of all of them. He always responds to my questions quickly. He manages everything from keeping them in good condition, collecting the rent and picking out good tenants. We plan on retiring next year, and we want to keep David as our property manager. He makes our life much easier and well worth the cost.
