I went to Dr Boch with my wife’s recommendation, after she visited him once.

I couldn’t be more happy with the 2 visits I made while on vacation here. He fixed a back issue that I’ve been dealing with for four months. I’m in my mid 30’s and it was a golf injury that stopped me from playing golf for months. I played the 18 the next day!

I went to several other chiro and massage places and nowhere near the results I got from my visits to Dr. Boch. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Bock and his services to you.

Total Health and Performance Center (THPC) is a top notch, neighborhood holistic health clinic located on the cusp of St. Petersburg's Allendale neighborhood. THPC offers a balanced mix of traditional and leading edge treatments for acute and chronic pain as well as for maintaining a general state of wellbeing. The THPC staff is extremely professional and they maintain an appropriate level of empathy (and sensitivity) when addressing patient needs. At the heart of THPC are what I consider to be two rockstars of healthcare, Dr. Robert Bock and John Sampedro, LMT.

Dr. Robert Bock, THPC's Director, is a highly skilled Chiropractor that has treated & helped me on numerous occasions. With the Doc's help, I've been able to regain control over back and neck mobility issues. This was accomplished through a course of gentle chiropractic adjustments, discussion and recommendations on the benefits of positive thinking and a combination of recommended readings with 'do at home' exercises. His chilled/relaxed bedside manner is quick to put me at ease and his unhurried and focus on me makes for a positive experience (every time).

John Sampedro, LMT leads the THPC massage therapy practice. John is a recognized expert in massage therapy and also has notable experiences and accomplishments in the treatment of Orthopedic surgical recovery, muscular sports injuries and effective treatment of both acute and chronic muscle and joint pain. John has recently incorporated into his treatments the use of a "Theragun" (what I can only describe as a "high speed tissue manipulation device"). The Theragun enables John to access deep seated muscle adhesions and trigger points in shorter time and with less pain. John has really demonstrated his thought leadership and sense of innovation when he incorporated the Theragun into his medical bag of ancillary massage devices and tools.

It's without any doubt or reservations: I give a STRONG RECOMMEND for Total Health and Performance and the services of Dr. Robert Bock and John Sampedro, LMT. Additionally, I strongly recommend making THPC a part of your wellness strategy. As a result, you'll find yourself continuously happy, healthy and possessing an ability for faster recovery (from workouts and musculoskeletal injuries).
