  I have had a great experience buying a new truck from Autonation Ford. I also had custom seats installed, I wasn’t happy with them the first time, and so Bruce took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Great customer service from every member on their team, although I mostly dealt with Kristin who was phenomenal. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for anything Ford related, new, used or service.

  Stopped by for a truck part. Helpful staff. Got the part faster than promised and didn't hit us over the head on the price...

  Brought my car for an Oil change and tire rotation. Had an 8am appointment and got the 7:45. Overall it was an easy process and no issue paying with the my ford pass rewards points. Only area for improvement is speed. I understand this is a dealership service center but getting out of there at 9:20 am in my opinion is too slow for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

  The service department had improved so much thanks to Jon, their best service writer. He keeps you informed about the progress of your car and does his best to accommodate you. I had stopped going to AutoNation because of the service department, but now I am glad I returned. They stand behind their work.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a better experience there than on any other Ford lot today ! Great job !
