The entire staff is very courteous, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable people. I'm always greeted with a smile and warm words of welcome . The waiting room is very comfortable and the practice overall, is extremely clean at all times. I personally have gone through a very comprehensive restoration which has taken a number of years to complete. And I have to tell you, I am amazed everyday when I look in the mirror and care for the beautiful smile that Dr Gale and his staff created. They honestly deal with alot tasks from calls to individuals, insurance and inbound while juggling drive through all during the covid/ aging society/ Healthcare plan crisis. The must deal with hurt, sick, upset, people who might need medication to feel better. They literally deal with a majority of individuals who are upset from dealing with the Healthcare system debacle while being unwell which many take out on the last person they see after their bad day. I know 2 by name Alex and Gabby and they are very personal to the point of remembering the little things of my life and witness them providing as much as possible to even those who come in upset. “Kayla Neese is an expert at her craft! I was very nervous and anxious for my lip blush, and she made the process seamless! The pain scale I expected versus the reality was what really shocked me! I would say it was a 3/10 on a pain scale. It's totally worth it! The only thing I recommend is going darker than what you perceive the color naturally because, as she will tell you, it will fade after healing. The healing process was simple and explained thoroughly. Kayla made sure I completely understood what to expect during the session and after. I can't wait to go back for my touch-up and my lash lift!”
