“I have been training with Lisa at Burn for the last 2 months and I am beyond pleased with my progress thus far. Lisa is incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, funny, and kind. I’ve always been self-conscious about my lack of weight lifting knowledge and general awkwardness when I exercise, but Lisa makes me feel comfortable and capable of achieving anything I set my mind to. My experience at Burn has been transformative and has crossed over into all aspects of my life. I’m more motivated, more energetic, and more comfortable in my own skin. I look forward to my workouts twice a week and have already seen an improvement in my strength and overall body composition. The gym itself is clean and has all the equipment you’ll need for a great workout. Plus, Lisa cleans every piece of equipment immediately after use, which gives me a little extra peace of mind during the pandemic. I can’t recommend Burn enough!”

It was like a breath of fresh air. Upon checking in, another young lady (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) assisted me with so much compassion. The Doctor here is a true gem. He was compassionate, caring and understanding. He's by far the best doctor I've seen in a long time. He and his staff are simply fantastic. No bad attitudes, no bad "bedside manners".
