“I own a Taylor GS-Mini Koa and it played beautifully the day I bought it. Long story short...as all guitars need eventually it needed a set up after a couple years of a lot of play. We took it to a very well reviewed guitar tech in Austin, TX. For whatever reason it came back with even higher action and some fret buzz. Then we moved to FL and took it to Seven C Music and Joel took care of us. He really walked through what needed to be addressed and we agreed on it. I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy.
