He is a rare blend of skilled MD and surgeon as well as providing genuine compassion and understanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

(August 26, 2020, 10:29 pm)I woke up one morning with floaters in my right eye. Needless to say that was more than a little scary. My eye doctor immediately got me in to see Dr. Ponce. Upon my arrival everyone was so friendly and kind. They explained all the tests they were doing and why. Dr Ponce was great. After his thorough exam, he took the time to explain everything what was happening in the eye in simple easy to understand terms. He definatley relieved alot of my anxiety. I trust my sight to St Lukes and I would recommend them to anyone.

(July 18, 2020, 11:12 am)The day of my eye surgery, Dr. Ponce and his surgical team were amazing. Dawn, Kara, Larry and Ashley were very compassionate and caring. What really set the mood was when Kara came to me before the surgery and asked if she could say a prayer for me. That meant so much to me!
Dr. Ponce was also very concerned about my well being and recovery. Very professional and compassionate.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ponce and his staff to anyone who needs specialized eye attention. -

His staff explained each test that needed to be performed to give Dr. Ponce the best information of how he would be able to give me the best treatment for my eyes. I am fortunate to be a St. Lukes patient for many years, and know that I am receiving the best treatment possible. Thank you Dr. Ponce.
