I just don’t see what all the bad reviews are about. We stayed here for 6 days and we absolutely loved this place. We had the marina view on the 3rd floor. Our room was clean, beds are so comfy. Large variety of breakfast items. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
We stayed at this hotel for two days. I chose it because it was still close to the beach and the price was good with a free breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was decent, the staff was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable it was better than my own bed at home. I never slept so good. The hotel is a little rundown but then again so are most of the hotels in this area. For the price, we had a great time. There is a bar on the second area that’s open till 11 PM. The bartender was very friendly and made great drinks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Nice hotel very clean. Pool was heated and my kiddo loves it. It’s small but wasn’t overly full. Room was spacious and the view to the marina was pretty. Two things I wish the rooms had was more counter space in the bathroom and a corner shelf on the side of the bed by the wall. Just big enough for cell phone and a bottled water.
Staff was very helpful outside of issue with the manager who wouldn’t honor a lower price for a room that I tried to book the day before but couldn’t because he wasn’t there. Apparently he is the only one who could add the extra day but wasn’t in the hotel. (I had 3 nights booked and wanted to add another, online won’t allow you to book only one day, the hotel is the only one who can do this regardless of how you book.)
The next day the price jumped by $200 and he wouldn’t honor the price that I tried to book the night before. There should be a way for staff to do this when he isn’t there. Since he was the manager he said there was no one above him to try to appeal to. That is a poor business practice. It’s the reason I can’t give 5 stars.
