Besides the beautiful set up here. I just want to really give credit were credit is due.
THE STAFF, amazing group of people here, everyone has been so accommodating, courteous. Thank you for providing such a clean and welcoming environment. I have had an awesome time. Thank you, You all have done an excellent job.
When I plan my next vacation down here, I will only stay HERE !!!
Special thanks to Tella, Spencer, Kyle and the rest of the staff our stay has been amazing
Thanks Jay
Great place and right on the beach. The property is under new management and it shows. Things like TVs are tested in each room before guests come in. Rooms have nice new fridges, microwaves and a Keurig. Property is now also 3 separate buildings with 2 pools on each side of the island.
There is a large parking lot between the two blue apartment buildings for when the parking in front fills up.
Two nice courtyards with shaded seating for parties and family gettogethers.
There are some hammocks and lounge chairs along the coast side with nice soft sand.
Really relaxing, would highly recommend for families and friends. Ran into a lady that just got in with her family. Said she was going to this hotel since '82. Each time coming back it was new changes and new owners and this was the first time coming back that she was impressed with the rooms and so was I.
:)
Our room was a bit dated but gave us everything we needed. The AC was really loud tho and turned on every 10minutes. (Room 102 on Gulf side).
We travelled with a 19 month old toddler and they provided us with a pack n play which was perfect. I added some blankets and a fitted sheet to make it a bit more comfortable for her.
We were only there for 2.5 days but it was good! Not sure the price we paid was worth it but we also went at the end of Spring Break so prices were still high.
I would go back tho!
We stayed here for a long weekend. The motel is kept immaculate. There are two sides to the resort. One is the beach side and one is the Inter-coastal side. There are two pools. There is a retro vibe but everything looks nice. The pools are 8.5' deep. One the Inter-coastal side there is a "cove" that has hammocks, a cozy, covered couch, wooden wind chimes, and it's pretty peaceful. The staff rolls out the red carpet for the guests. The employees are cleaning all day long. Very clean feel and look. Parking was easy. We'll be back soon.
Great stay. For a motel style accommodation this was top notch. Small enough to add that personal touch. Had trouble with airlines, baggage and rental car, but these guys made up for it. They even switched us to a room closer to amenities we requested. Office personnel kept a look out for our bags and were super friendly, always remembering us. Met us in parking lot and showed us to our room as we arrived middle of the night after flight delays. Fresh, clean room. Wonderful showers. 2 nice pools, hammocks, outdoor fireplaces and zen garden near canals were a bonus.
