(July 29, 2023, 5:47 pm)The customer service was very friendly and helpful from booking to check out, and that part deserves 5 stars, but I would not give thr units or building a 5 star rating.
We rented 401 501 & 601 end units. They are the left if thr building and you have a great view of beach and sunsets.
We are Florida residents (east coast) and familiar with beach life and rentals on the west coast. Luckily we were able to bring many items "just in case" and that our other family members who arrived earlier told us we would need.
There is also a large lot (like a foodballl field) of soft sand between the condos and beach access that is extremely hot and miserable to carry beach items through. It was clearly a house, hotel or something once before a hurricane. Understandably it protects the hotel to have it off the beach but they could at least have a handicapp rollout ramp, trees for shade...SOMETHING for the price and to improve access without environmental impact.
A shaded rollout walk way and more kitchen/ beach items would greatly improve the experience. -

(July 18, 2023, 2:23 pm)Place is nice. Not excellent but it is very nice. Staff has been great. Beach is a haul from the resort, but view is amazing from the the balcony. Definitely would go back.

(December 21, 2022, 8:30 am)Overall we had a great stay. I felt the condo needed to be deep cleaned big time so I spent a lot of time disinfecting things. The pool & hot tub needed cleaned too. Our unit was very dated, but our friends had a unit a few doors down that was updated, gorgeous & clean! Next time we'll just pay better attention to the room we choose. Location is amazing!
