Recording said I would have to wait for 2 previous callers to complete their business; didn't actually take long at all. While Rosie was not actually able to handle my situation, she did allow me to speak to someone else when I asked. Melissa was very attentive; listened to my issue, registered my frustration, apologized for the inconvenience and solved my issue(s). While no institution/entity (banking or otherwise), is without issues/problems (especially during these unprecedented times), what I liked about my experience with these individuals and my experience today was their focus on problem resolution. That is what matters to me. They are conveniently located but I was not able to go into the branch due to my own challenges. When I have visited this location, I have always found it to be clean and easily accessible. They have ample drive-thru lanes and convenient hours.”

Highly recommend for those like me who abhor dental work. Also highly recommend for those who want quality work. His prices are competitive. Given his quality of care, he is a good deal. But I did have to wait for a tow truck to arrive and the morning staff was more than happy to let me stay and wait for my car to be towed. Offered me water and had no complaints nothing! “This converted to a 7-11 Dec 4th and WOW what an improvement!! They kept the whole staff, minus management, and remodeled the interior with all new stuff and the hot food is amazing! You can get the world's greatest Mini Tacos here 10 for $2 even!! The only real drawback here is the clerk said the fuel is a separate system than 7-11 so when you prepay inside you have to come back in for change even if you used a card, which is strange but I usually go back in anyway because I love those Mini Tacos! The new manager is a really great guy, and the staff all seem thrilled for the new ownership. I highly recommend if you have been here before revisit it and be amazed!”
