“I was looking for a handicap van for a reasonable price to drive elderly veterans around and I found one at United. I contacted them and they are usually closed on Saturdays, but they will take appointments if you schedule one. Arrived on time, was met by one of their salesman, forgot the gentleman's name but he appeared to still be in high school. Although young looking, he was very knowledgeable and actually a very good salesperson, not pushy at all like most. I inspected the vehicle, took it for a test drive, then settled on a final price. I purchased the vehicle, received the keys and all the paperwork including temp tag, then picked it up the next day after hours. Entire transaction was very smooth and non stressful. Now I read some of the negative reviews, but what people must realize, is that an automobile is comprised or over 1k components, which any one of them can fail at any time. United's prices seem to be much lower than most other places, so you need to realize that you are not purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle that went through a 100 point inspection and has a warranty. I am an experienced mechanic so I pretty much know what to look out for before I purchase a vehicle plus I always research a specific vehicle before I go looking for one. I would suggest that if you are not a mechanic, then you do your research on the model you are interested in and bring along someone who knows what defects to look for. Also, they do not appear to highly detail there vehicles which usually covers up any defects. What you see, is what you get. Although they share a building with an automotive repair shop, it appears that the used car dealership is not associated with them”

“Bought the cleanest bucket truck from Ron that you’ve ever seen! It’s a 1997 F450 with the 7.3L diesel and it only had 125,000 miles on it! Ran spectacular on our test drive and it still runs great two months later. I chose to do a review a couple of months later to ensure there were no quirks with the truck that popped up as we started working with it. Truck is still strong. Had a small hydraulic leak but that’s as expected with most older equipment like this. Controls work great, hydraulics are super strong. Purchase was effortless, Ron is super organized, I paid cash so I didn’t finance it. I was confused on the final amount and overpaid by $1000 and didn’t even realize it.
