“My son goes here, they do a good job! Communication and they try to accommodate as best they can with parents like me who work and have transportation which is great when you have a busy schedule. Very kind and informative. I brought my son here because they offer him a daycare like atmosphere with skilled nursing onsite for his medical needs. They also provide him with therapy so I dont have to take him somewhere else to get his feeding therapy! Which I was goin all the way to st.pete. so yes i recommend to anyone who has a child with medical disabilities. And my insurance covers all costs!”

“I took my 11 years old nephew for a consultation for fungal toenail and I was little afraid of what to expect. Once I got there everybody was very friendly and the doctor did the consultation and explain us all the options that we had to save the nail. He was very patient since my family speaks other language, we translate everything to get the whole information. The assistant did the clean up ( shape the toenail ) to start with the laser treatment ( we did 3 sessions to increase the chance of good results ) and medication (daily lotions and solutions ). The medicine is really easy to use and everything seems working good. The results for this type of fungus takes longer time but I’ll keep it post once we get the results. My nephew felt really comfortable with them :)”

“We have been patients at this practice for 10 years as my oldest is 10 years . I have 3 children . Dr Pai, all the providers and the team have always been nothing short of amazing. All my 3 kids currently see Richard Wolf APRN. He is very thorough and always explains everything in a way that “it makes sense”. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I had a few times where I was in panic mode and called the on-call line and the service they offer is literally out of this world . Not only do they go out of your way to make things happen , but in such a timely manner. They literally care about their patients and their family members . Another time my son was sick and Rich offered to get him in asap and I was able to drop him off and he came and saw in the parking lot. I was able to do this while on my lunch break.I could seriously go on and on and on for the exceptional service this team offers. I highly highly recommend this practice. “A debilitating headache for 4 months that no one could diagnose, until I found Dr. Spiegel. My headache began on July 2022. Two Urgent Care visits in August failed to solve the issue, they thought I had Acute Sinusitis. Was referred to and went to an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor in September. A head Cat Scan revealed no sign of sinus infection, except for a possible tooth infection. Advised to go to my dentist. Middle of September now, and dentist does a Full face X-ray and localized x-rays – can’t see infection. Was asked if I had a recent eye injury, no, but had cataract surgery earlier in the year. Advised to go to my Ophthalmologist. End of September and Ophthalmologist can't find nothing wrong, asks if I have seen a Neurologist. That's when I researched Dr. Spiegel, and went to him in October. Right away, he knew what I had: Trigeminal Neuralgia. He started me on medicine to treat the nerve pain, and slowly increased the dosage during the next 2 months, until the pain was not as severe as before. Because the symptom was being treated and not the cause, Dr. Spiegel suggested a procedure to deaden the nerve. On January 2023, after 6 months of pain, I made the decision to go ahead, and after 2 treatments, I'm now pain free! As I write this, we're slowly reducing the medicine until I don't have to take it anymore. Why the long story? If I can save you the agony of pain for just one minute, and you really need an excellent Neurologist, go to Dr. Spiegel. He knows what he's doing, and I'm grateful to have found him (his staff is excellent as well)!”
