“I had been going to see Dr. Vollbracht for many years and he is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, he retired! But he hand-picked his replacement, Dr. Patel, and I am so thankful. Dr. Patel is very compassionate, listens when I have questions, and very good at his job. The reason for charging extra for separate injections is because insurance requires it. Dr. Vollbracht was doing some things out of courtesy, which was really great, but insurance companies no longer allow it. I understand the frustration with the additional costs. In my case, I no longer can get Botox and my occipital injections on the same day due to my insurance so have to make a separate trip. I would recommend that if people are having issues with the front desk that they leave a message for Dr. Patel's nurse Robin. One of the other reasons I love Dr. Patel is that recently my mom had a stroke scare and was hospitalized at Morton Plant. Due to COVID restrictions, I was unable to visit and speak to her doctors. Dr. Patel pulled up her records (she is also a patient of his) and explained everything to my mom with patience and empathy. As much as I loved Dr. Vollbracht, Dr. Patel has noticed and is treating me for neurological symptoms that Dr. Vollbracht never addressed. I've had chronic migraines and cervical issues, along with other chronic pain. Dr. Patel is now treating me for these other, related issues and kept working with me to find medicine that would give me some relief. He's wonderful, as it his nurse (a hold-over from Dr. V) as is Robin.”

For the the first time - I got my hair done in FL—-and it was just for French braids —nothing complex—but Ramo made the experience feel amazing —better than my hairdresser in Dc for the last 15 years ?!?! “I have just been blessed with our 3rd child. All the DR’s @ Women’s care Florida were amazing! I really appreciate how thorough and open Dr. Tijerino & Dr Wouters were with discussing their plan of care for my complicated pregnancy. They allowed me to ask questions and discuss their plan of care so that I felt comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The extra time they spent explaining what was in my baby’s best and my best health plan made all the difference. My 3rd baby delivered C- Section, however this experience was by far superior in every way! Dr. Wouters was very kind and compassionate, she held me for my spinal. Made sure I was comfortable before starting my C-Section & her surgical skill fantastic! The added On-Q pain pump made my post op experience 100xs better; I was able to walk within hours... When I needed a Dr after hours, Dr Diner called me back within minutes and addressed my issues kindly and professionally. I highly recommend this group, they were fantastic!”

“Fantastic facility! My grandmother lived here years ago in The Palms. My father was at Regal and just moved to Cypress and my mother has been in Cypress for over a year. The staff is amazing and takes great care of both my mother and father. The place is spotless, the food is top notch, there are activities everyday! They take personal care and go the extra mile. They know everyone by name and the names of family members. This is a 5 star facility and by FAR the BEST in the area. I would recommend The Palms to anyone who wants the best care for their family members!! When it’s my time, I HOPE I get to live at The Palms!”

“Robert was amazing. We had a unique door that we had custom build and needed a carpenter to cut in the hardware and hang. He spent all day working hard and man did it pay off! The door is perfect and the workmanship is impeccable. He was polite, thorough and the best part - clean! He took the time to clean as he went and by the time he left, couldn’t even tell he was there. We appreciate someone that appreciates our home like that! Reading through some of the bad reviews for him are kind of upsetting as I did not have any kind of experience even close to that. He is not any kind of a butcher. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. he did a fabulous job on my breast augmentation. I don't have one single complaint. And he will not be the cheapest plastic surgeon and he won't be the most expensive plastic surgeon, you never want the cheapest surgeon. I can tell you that every situation is going to be different. Sometimes the bad outcomes have a very good reason for them. He is definitely worth the money.”
