“My first experience with Dr Shapiro was while I waited in the patient room, I overheard his voice, sounding very annoyed about "customer service". I couldn't tell if he was mad about getting bad service or mad about getting a bad review on his service. Sorry to say, but I can't say great things about his personality, only that yes, he got the job done. Dr. Shapiro is not a friendly person by nature. From the first time I met him and through all 3 appointments, he has had a demeanor almost like a disappointed father. He will ask you about your diet and other things. If you don't give a perfect answer, he will sigh and respond like you're a child who should know better. If you describe anything with phrases like "kind of" or "mostly" or "for the most part" he will call you on it and ask for you to clarify or just act disappointed in your answer. During the operation I was asked what I do for work and when I said it was in the web field, he asked if I'd seen his website. When I said no, he seemed surprised/annoyed. If you ask a question, he will answer it. If you ask again or have any follow up questions, he will take a deep sigh(as if you should already know this and you're wasting his time) and explain it again, but with an obvious annoyance and condescension in his voice. He gives the impression that you're wasting his time with a silly question. I had this experience all 3 of my visits over the span of a few weeks so it wasn't like he was having a bad day or bad week. On the other hand, his front office admin/nurse/etc Charlotte, she is amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly, understanding and empathetic to the pain that the patients go through during recovery, obviously a hard worker, she will explain it over and over in a very friendly manner. Go to her for follow-up questions, not Shapiro. He's been in the field for TOO long and it is clear with his business-like attitude. I don't need him to be cheery/smiley/happy(even Charlotte isn't but she's still amazing) but rather just speak to me like I'm an adult and not a child and not make me feel stupid for asking for clarification on a procedure I've never gotten before.”

“The staff was very caring and efficient, including the front desk staff, nurse and practitioner who treated me. I was seen promptly with almost no waiting and the nurse was very empathetic as she took my vitals and did her initial assessment. Mackenzie, Evans, the PA who treated me was very caring and thorough in her assessment. She explained exactly how my symptoms related to my condition and how the treatment she prescribed would help me. Understanding the treatment plan gave me trust in what I needed to do going forward, so I can feel better soon! I will go back if needed again and highly recommend this urgent care facility!”

Being a patient of Orthodontic Specialists of Florida and loving the service provided, I decided to give Dental Specialists a try. After having my initial consultation and cleaning, I am VERY happy I gave them a try. Dr. Rajagopalan was very professional, thorough and gentle with my needs during my cleaning. Linda was very pleasant over the phone and in person (she even walked me to my car with an umbrella due to the storm) and lastly, Alyssa was very attentive and friendly while prepping me for my cleaning. “Love this store. Been working here since October 2016 and its been a great experience. What I enjoy the most is the interaction with different customers and the chance to smile to make a difference in someone's shopping experience. The team is great and always energetic. I work part time nights and weekends. I've been in the Army for 17 years now and have decided to learn retail again to exercise my business degree and love it. It's a small store but a family oriented one and we do our best with the available time. Our #1 goal is customer service and then completing tasks. I would like to give a Big Shout out to the administration (Amanda and Heather). They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help everyone involved with a seamless transition. Maintenance (Eugene) has been a Great help with assisting my mother in law. He did a great job in getting her room ready. Really nice suite!!!
