“I have been looking for a pole fitness studio place since I moved to St. Pete from Lake Mary FL about a year ago. I finally found a good spot with Intice Dance Fitness. The studio is really nice. Decorated pretty with good lighting and mirrors. I like how the dance studio has a cute shop in the front and the room where you are practicing is not viewable from anyone outside. (The last studio I attended in Lake Mary had some unwanted viewers looking in the windows which was annoying and distracting.) Everyone was very inviting and the instructor was friendly and helpful to give you tips to mastering the routine. I am just getting back to working out after knee surgery and am pretty stiff. I felt very comfortable at Intice with it being my first time back at it in a little over a year. I will be coming back for sure. Also, they have lots of classes to fit around your work schedule so finding time to go isn't an issue.”

“My daughter has been attending 1 class per week here since January. She LOVES it. All of the gym coaches are nice and from my experience, they make your child feel welcomed. They practice everything gymnastics and my daughters flexibility has gotten so much better over the months. We even celebrated her 10th birthday party here this past weekend and all the kids who came, had SO much fun! The coaches were very accommodating and it wasn't too pricey. “I went to Dr. Gordon in mid December 2017 for the first time on a recommendation from another Dr for a surgery that I needed. On our initial visit, we found Dr Gordon and his staff very pleasant, professional and informative. They took all the time we needed to explain the procedure before during and after. Everything went exceptionally well thru the entire operation and was able to return home just after the second day and pretty much completely healed in just 2 weeks. Dr. Gordon is an excellent surgeon and the staff especially Stephanie is as well.”
