“I used the Bay Area Urgent Care yesterday afternoon - Dr TJ McNichol is Fabulous. On site Covid testing. He also performs Covid testing for travel/cruise. He’s extremely thorough, explains what he’s thinking/doing and Does it onsite. He gave me peace of mind. I had confidence in what his approach would be after a complete explanation. He has X-ray capability on site. As well as draws blood for tests he feels are needed. It was so nice to not have to go around town to get the required tests For my visit today. He gets you in and out quickly with answers. You get a phone call the next day with your bloodwork results. I was so impressed with how everything was dealt with from the time I walked into his office. I was in and Out within an hour! Palm Harbor is very fortunate to have a Doctor of his Caliber here.”

“I'm thankful every time I return to PALMS, that NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL after playing games for many hours, in the end told me they don't see patients from out of Pinellas County as they aren't in their system! . Say what???? Yes! You heard correct! Anyway if wasn't for them refusing out of state orders, or better yet,, out of Pinellas County orders as their system won't allow 🤣, I would've never looked on and found PALMS of PASADENA. Whom I truly love. They are the best! From the moment you enter the first double doors and your temp taken & given a mask, to the admittance team, to the lab. I've seen a male and a woman on several occasions at the lab. She is very empathetic, gentle (rolling veins) and nice. She seems to be the only one left there, any more. He was nice. Just haven't seen him in a long while. I gave four stars, because I feel their is always room for improvement, otherwise you start to slack. A negative would be, your hospital (not emergency part) hours.. 2:30pm is just to early to start locking up, in order to be out the door before 3pm. Just a thought. Main thing is the lab has a awesome phlebotomist, and they do 99.8% of their testing in house. Thank you”

“Palm Harbor Planet Fitness is great and definitely if you go after 10 pm when the employee, John is there. That is the best shift where the trash is actually taken out, the cleaning stations are filled, and he seems to care the most about the place and his job. Best of all, he remembers me and my workout schedule, knows when I want to Total Enhancement and that I prefer the hydro lounger. And he is the same with all of the regulars. That attention to detail is the very essence of perfect customer service.”

“1st, good conversation & company always improves the food...2nd, the food for a country club is normally mediocre at best. My husband and I split the $44 prime rib steak. Surprisingly, it was very good quality and prepared very well. It was served only with asparagus; it would have been nice to have a small side of scalloped potatoes. Our host brought wines that were excellent! All in all, a delightful occasion!”
