I had been searching for some time to find an experienced, professional, and effective reflexology practitioner that works in a relaxing space, and that I want to return to again and again. She takes the time to truly listen, is extremely intuitive, and above all incredibly kind. Simone just on her energy alone, she has an overall calming personalty. My first treatment was amazing and I must say that my feet feel lighter due to increased circulation and reduced inflammation around my ankle joints; just feeling better overall. She sent me back for a new exam when the original lenses didn't work. She worked to get my glasses to fit comfortably. She even picked out the snap on sunglasses for me because I was too confused by then to decide, and she did a wonderful job. The karate dojo is awesome and the welcoming atmosphere, complete with entertainment lounge and gaming tables to spare, makes it a no brainer for gaming. The staff has been more than accommodating and tries to give their customers what they want above all. Their board game wall of free to play games is enough to supply hours of fun. And if you're there at the right time and want an extra player, the owner might even stop to join your game if you asked. They survived a pandemic and always keep their space clean and safe. Needed to fill a perscription and the pharmacist on duty clearly cared about each customer that she helped. For me she went the extra mile to help with the right manufacturer and getting the right thing for my insurance. While she was swamped with folks needing help she seemed ti effortlessly redirect frustrated customers ( from their own doings) to help them through their situation.
