“Love, Love , Love this facility and the employees! My mom has been in this facility since 2017 but most of it under the ownership of another company; back then, it wasn't a very nice place to be. Since Grand Villa purchased this facility a couple of years ago, the place is absolutely awesome. They significantly improved and renovated the entire place, all the apartments, the grounds, all common areas, etc. The place is absolutely beautiful now. Dawn, the Executive Director and her staff are pleasant, caring, honest and willing to go the extra mile. They communicate consistently and genuinely care for their residents! They are very in tune with my mom's behaviors, needs, challenges, etc and always suggest/recommend what's in the best interest off my mom and not what's in the best interest of their bottom-line! Great facility and highly recommend!”
