“I had order Chinese food here often, the food was excellent . Especially the General Tso Chicken. It is one of my flavor food which was crispy and spicy and juicy. “The store manager is awesome! This is the only hungry Howie's we ordered from even though there is some closer to my home. I work right next door to it so I eat there a lot. I've tried towhat are some other ones but my food did not come out so good. In fact the barbecue chicken pizza has become my usual and I tried to order from the one by my house and it was like the awesomeness that this particular hungry Howie's makes. The guy that cashed me out at register #7 on 7/18/21 @ 21:18 unit # 004612 was AWESOME, I told him about what the store in Tri City did they canceled my online order 7 minutes before pick up and I called the store some woman answered the phone and said WE’RE CLOSED CLICK. When I told him that and I drove 16 minutes from Ulmerton and US 19 and had a 8 year old son at home waiting for his pizza he kept apologizing and I could tell he really meant it. It definitely made me feel better because he said it without hesitation and then he and his Team made up for it with 2 large “AMAZING PIZZAS” that were Perfect👏🏻👍🏻 I want him to be noticed for his customer service and true consideration for me and my family I really wish I got his name because he truly made a customer of Pizza Hut for years thinking twice about not coming back, He changed my mind because I love Pizza 🍕🍕‼️💯 He definitely should be RECOGNIZED FOR BEING SO POSITIVE, PATIENT AND VERY SUPPORTIVE!
