When I called on the way another employee said they do not do that, put me on hold and when I walked into the store with my mother, showed another employee my phone still on hold for 13 min she just said sorry we're busy. The guy that cashed me out at register #7 on 7/18/21 @ 21:18 unit # 004612 was AWESOME, I told him about what the store in Tri City did they canceled my online order 7 minutes before pick up and I called the store some woman answered the phone and said WE’RE CLOSED CLICK. When I told him that and I drove 16 minutes from Ulmerton and US 19 and had a 8 year old son at home waiting for his pizza he kept apologizing and I could tell he really meant it. It definitely made me feel better because he said it without hesitation and then he and his Team made up for it with 2 large “AMAZING PIZZAS” that were Perfect👏🏻👍🏻 I want him to be noticed for his customer service and true consideration for me and my family I really wish I got his name because he truly made a customer of Pizza Hut for years thinking twice about not coming back, He changed my mind because I love Pizza 🍕🍕‼️💯 He definitely should be RECOGNIZED FOR BEING SO POSITIVE, PATIENT AND VERY SUPPORTIVE!
