I filled out the online form and got a call back within minutes. I got an appointment for 10-11, today. My place is on the 3rd floor. It’s hot, and I had some heavy items, but Jarrett and Glenn remained professional and courteous the entire time. They called to let me know when they were on their way. They worked hard! Very appreciative of their service!”

“I will never forget the amazing service and work ethic this company has. Our movers cancelled Friday night for a Sunday move. We were referred to Swift Moves. Jeremy the owner was quick to make our move happen on the same day. Tim, Tom, and Chino worked so hard all day. They didn’t stop. They didn’t complain. They killed it. “Fantastic storage location. I had a storage unit with life storage in Tarpon springs for over 3 yrs (5/2017 to 10/2021) I had to do a sudden move to west coast and stored my most valued possessions there. They had great communication, let me know promptly when there were any changes. I felt safe having my worldly possessions there despite not being able to check on them or go to the unit for multiple years. The unit was spacious, clean, climate controlled and had nice security features on property. The property is well maintained and looks the same, clean tidy and safe as it did when I moved my stuff in. The location never experienced any bugs or flooding in the 3 yrs my stuff was there. When my storage unit was opened 3 yrs later (10/2021) it looked like it had been hermetically sealed. There wasn’t even dust on my stuff. Shout out to Chris: he was super helpful with the move out since I was coordinating it from over 3000 miles away. He was very patient, helpful and informative despite the debacle with my storage container and the whole move out. STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!”

“This review isn't specific to Minter Bridge location, as I was on the live chat on the website, but this is the location I'm renting from. I made a reservation last month, when there was an August promotion, and saw today that the price has dropped substantially for the same dates and locations, so I took the gamble to ask if there was a way to get a price match. Sure enough, they did, and even applied the August discount and a further drop as a kind courtesy. Even in these difficult economic times, there are good companies, and I am very grateful, as a cross country move is not cheap to begin with, to have customer service that goes above and beyond!”

All done over the phone in 10 minutes. And that’s signing papers right from my phone. So happy I changed storage companies. And they had great prices. The other place with a better price was total garbage.”
