The lease signing was painless - my rep was prepared and efficient. And the company is tech savvy - the website is up to date and I can monitor services and pay my rent online. I'm so glad I didn't pursue renting with some of the other agencies I contacted! Update : After a year in my home, I'm happy to say that my experience with Berkshire has continued to be completely positive. My property manager is always there when I need her, and completely non-intrusive the rest of the time. She immediately addressed the few minor maintenance issues that cropped up and was also willing to be there to meet the repairman when I couldn't. The contractor she chose was professional, tidy, and polite, and I never felt uncomfortable having him in my home. I'll be renewing my lease digitally (effortlessly). My property owner already includes lawn service in my rent and this year he's adding pest control. Sweet!”

I see on social media where things were made with dollar tree finds all the time! I went there and a woman named Regina Jenny was the most helpful person ever.
