“I see some bad reviews on here and I cannot speak on those situations. But as for me I enjoyed my experience here and felt they were honest. I am a young woman and I’m so used to car guys trying to take advantage of my limited car knowledge. I went in thinking I needed new speakers and was ready to shell out the $500. But I also wanted them to double check the wiring because I knew there was a small chance it was something minor. But I don’t know what wiring looks like ya know? So rather than take advantage and lie to me to sell me new speakers. They called me back an hr later and were like “it was a loose wire, the speakers are working again” I drive a 20 year old car so grantid my audio will never sound amazing but they made it sound better than before the wire went loose and only charged me $100. The guy at the desk was really nice too. I will come back again when I need more audio stuff done :)”

I am from out of town and ran over something and cracked a rim on the interstate on the way down. A Plus was recommended to me so I took my vehicle in. I already had a service appointment scheduled at the dealer so I called to see if they could get a rim and get it fixed for me. They weren’t sure but gave me a price on a new rim. A Plus found a new rim for $80 less and their price included installation which I’m sure would have cost more at the dealer. I also needed a tire. I undoubtedly saved hundreds of dollars, overall, and got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner which was important as I need to get home but couldn’t make the trip on the little spare.
