Shout out to Jon & his team at Epic Auto Salvage! I called them yesterday around 3 PM needing a door ASAP - they made it happen, and GREAT condition! (TRUE insurance quality unlike other shops in the area) This is the type of shop that deserves recognition everytime. From the moment you call, until you have the driver (always the same one so you grow familiar with their business to where you feel like family) delivering your part - they remain in contact with you. Thanks Jon, and your team for the amazing customer service you bring to the automotive industry!!

Jon & his team at Epic Auto Salvage is JUST what Polk County needs! Not only do they do a FANTASTIC job at picking out GOOD quality “used” car parts, but Jon also sells VERY GOOD QUALITY USED CARS!!! Jon was up front from the time he posted the Mini I recently purchased and said “hey it’s doing some weird electrical thing, but you’re welcome to take a look at it” — turned out the battery was LOW (that’s normal at any used car lot) that it was causing the electrical to basically go on reserve mode as it was running on alternator only. After telling Jon the issue, he immediately went to get a replacement battery - who does that?! Most used lots are basically “take it or leave it” mindset - not Jon. Jon cares about his reputation, and the quality of pieces, or used cars he has leaving his company. He was fortunate enough to be able to buy this business (the “name change”) from being a previous employee of the company before. They should be proud of Jon, he’s doing good things for Polk County. We also unfortunately recently had to have our Gladiator towed by them, again..TOP QUALITY DRIVERS! It’s important to always make sure you have quality drivers who knows how to properly hook a vehicle, or you’ll have worse damage that you end up fighting the tow company for being responsible for. Found a needed part through car-part.com and called to order. It was fast and simple. I ordered it Thursday afternoon and was told it'd arrive by Monday or Tuesday. Instead, I got it on SATURDAY! Part was in great condition.

They had the part I needed for an old Dodge truck. I drove across the state and they held the part for me all day. Talon was super helpful! They were reasonably priced and had great customer service!! Highly recommend and will do more business with them in the future.
