(March 11, 2019, 2:22 pm)Super easy to use, self service dog wash. For me the $10 swipe of a credit card was perfect to wash, condition and rinse and then to get the worst of the drying done on our short haired golden doodle.
If she was actually dirty from playing (we bathe her every 2-3 weeks as she is a service dog who is always out in public) it would probably take more $ and you might want to bring cash as the credit card option is only in $10 increments.
That would be my only suggestion is if possible offer if in $5 increments being able to choose multiple increments. :) -

(August 8, 2018, 1:33 pm)Very neat concept for someone willing to wash their own dog but may not have the proper tools or resources to do so at home. Only recommendation would be a short video of how the machine works but other than that once you get the hang of it it is very simple. We have a 70lb black lab and spent the $10 and was finished. Probably could have spent a few bucks more for a few more minutes but didn't have singles as card reader only takes out increments of $10. Lady inside was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back

(May 22, 2018, 4:54 pm)We have a BIG, super furry dog and washing him at home can be a bit of a pain, but taking him to the groomers can be a hassle sometimes too (scheduling, price, etc).
This concept is FANTASTIC, giving us access to tools that we just don’t have at home (air dryer! Yes!). Being able to sign up for the 24 access is so convenient, so it’s available if we need to do a spontaneous bath (after the dog park on a Sunday afternoon!).
We were able to wash and dry our big guy in the 10 minutes and we loved that they provide combs, brushes, towels, aprons! And it’s in the a/c.
