  My wife and I were looking for a townhome, and when we saw the townhomes at William's Preserve we really liked one of them. Brittany Marrero was very friendly and professional during the whole process, and would definitely recommend this community.

  We just purchased a townhouse (Type A) and are very excited. The developers and architects really know what they're doing as the use of space has been optimized to the fullest extent with these townhouses. Any issues we had during our first walk-through were swiftly handled by the next week when we went to signing.

  Excellent service. Meyleen has been fantastic during the beginning of our house buying journey. She has been flexible, kind, and understanding. Not pushy at all and really wants you to feel 100% about the home you are purchasing. We are excited to follow the process after ground breaks.
