This is in response to Ms Christie Marrie. Proper office procedure was followed. Patient was given prompt appointment on Monday morning even as new patient. New patient visit involves checking insurance for all patients as insurance is a contract between patient and insurance. There are different forms of insurance groups under an umbrella insurance. Turned out that doctor was not in contract with that group. Mom was notified, as this is standard procedure in all offices. Ms Marrie created an uncalled for scene in the waiting room, started yelling loudly and calling staff immoral and threatening to call state. Entire staff reported to work on time to help our patients, calling them immoral for doing their job is plain wrong. Seemed like Ms Marrie has some inflated sense of entitlement. We can only hope that she treats her fellow human beings with dignity and respect
I love this doctor and the office staff... they are understanding and kind! The doctor had found an issue with my son I never knew was there after all the other doctors who had seen him said he was fine. I will never change their pediatrician! Thank you for all your hard work!
Great doctor my oldest has been going to her for over 7 years she has always listened and been great with him. Had a baby and he had a few issues and she was super helpful and caring through everything.. The nurses are nice and do a great job.
