  We booked our 1st family vacation to Florida through virgin holidays in 2016. And after landing at Orlando and jumping into the hire car...we drove straight to contempo's office to find It was closed. Then we read the small print...we was supposed to go to virgin desk at the airport. However.. after dialling the 24hr number on the office door we got through to someone who was very helpful and reassuring. But I had bad phone signal
  
  Then a big English gentleman called Garry who worked with contempo maintenance team turned up and sorted everything out.
  
  We was thrilled with our villa in lake wilson reserve and have booked up to come back this year!

  I cannot speak highly enough of contempo.
  We booked through Virgin holidays and were a little apprehensive about "accommodation given on arrival".
  I've not had that experience before and felt a touch out of control. I am one of those people who plan holidays well ahead with everything in my little blue folder.
  I needn't have worried. Virgin had their rep to meet us at the airport and we made our way to our accommodation.
  It was everything we could have dreamt of. Lovely rooms, lights on to welcome us, well equipped kitchen and at the back a lovely inviting pool.
  There were a couple of minor "wear and tear" issues. As we registered, with the very friendly the staff who made us feel really welcome, in the contempo office the following morning we mentioned them. We called at the supermarket to get provisions and on our arrival back at the villa..... Someone had already been and fixed the items.
  First rate service, first rate villa, first rate holiday. Thank you contempo.
