I had been struggling for years to lose weight and Elian and his team were able to help me achieve more of my fitness goals than I have ever been able to do on my own! Within just 3 months Elian helped me lose over 30 pounds! If you're considering joining, I say do it! It's definitely hard work, but you love every step of the way!

(January 26, 2016, 12:15 pm)Strong leadership and smaller gym make for a personable workout! You wont feel left out and you will see results! All you have to do is show up. Best decision I made was going in to check out it out. If you can afford going out to eat once a month and or go to a movie you can afford giving your body health! This is the way to do it. Month by month memberships dont break the bank. Training sessions 1 on 1 make it so you cant cheat yourself. So happy I joined and will continue going.
