  I dropped in while visiting from Toronto, looking for a box in the area. Though I was delighted to find one so close by, I would have travelled some ways for the quality of experience I had at CrossFit Afterburn. Craig and Carl were friendly, professional, and fun. The space was clean and spacious. I'm definitely returning next time I'm in town.

  My daughter and I visited this box during our vacation over Thanksgiving week. This is a wonderful box! CJ is friendly and supportive. The hours are very accommodating for those wanting to stay on track with what their home box is doing. This is a 5 star facility!

  CrossFit Afterburn is an exceptionally clean box with amazing athletes that are both inspirational and encouraging. The head coach JC, is exceptional with his teaching methods and style. Both my wife and I feel fortunate to have found such a great CrossFit Gym in our neighborhood. If you are looking for a GREAT CrossFit Gym, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

  This place is amazing!! I have not worked out in years because of having young kids and no time for me. I made a decision to spend time on me. JC is amazing at pushing you to do your best and makes the workouts fun! I am am very happy that my husband encouraged me to join!!

  We were in the area for a week and dropped in for 5 of the days of our stay and this gym was great! The class times worked with our busy schedule and the coach was great! If you’re in the area would highly recommend stopping in for a workout
