“I've been going to Dr. Kosanam for several years and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He never rushes me and examines me. I get appointments the same day I call if needed, and I never wait long in the waiting room. His practice may be small but it works. I've been to two others in town that have PAs doing their exams and the waiting rooms are packed. They overbook since they have a Dr. and a PA, but the patient wait is very long. The phones don't get answered either. I always get a call back from Dr. Kosanam when I call. I highly recommend him.”

“I had such a great experience here! I am usually a loyal Ulta shopper, but I needed a new foundation and ulta didn’t offer the new variety that I wanted to try. I purchased the Fenty foundation from Sephora after being color matched by Jazmin, it looked good at first, but after wearing it all day it was horrible. The foundation cracked all over my face (super dry). So I went back to Sephora and Jazmin tried another foundation on me. Same thing happened, It looked good at first, but when I got home it cracked again. So I went back to Sephora feeling discouraged and Jazmine literally took over an HOUR trying different foundations on that were more hydrating. I wasn’t having any luck finding one that I liked. She never once got an attitude or made me feel as if I was annoying her. She reassured me that we will find something that I liked and not to worry. After trying over five foundations with no luck, her coworker Kaelyn joined in and suggested I try Rain forest of the sea tarte foundation and another one by Becca. They both turned out amazing. Kaelyn even took her time to blend out with a beauty blender for best results. This was the absolute best service I have received at any Sephora. As most of the time Sephora employees can be rude, but not at this location whatsoever! Great service!!!!”

The staff is friendly and helpful and empathize with their patients needs. I’m treated like family even after I go back North for the summer and return in the Fall. I feel like I receive excellent care and the caregivers take the time to make sure I’m doing okay, and I get honest answers when I ask questions, and not a run around. I truly appreciate that the staff knows your name even after a couple of visits and are always cordial from start to finish of each appointment.”
