“The doctor is great , very pleasant and easy to understand . The reason why I gave one star is because of the incompetence of the secretaries and the front desk receptionists . Rude , unpleasant , never greet the patients or smile , they act like they are doing you a favor by performing their job . They don’t even say their names when you call so you can’t even complain . Dr Salamanca and others from the office , please check this out otherwise you will be losing patients !i would give the staff zero stars”

“I've had an awesome experience with this facility - my loved one has been here since December. The staff are professional and courteous and treat the patrons with dignity and respect. The facility is well kept and does not reap of disgusting odors. The social worker goes the extra mile to help families and is sensitive to their needs and will works with you on an individual basis to achieve your goals for your loved ones. His staff are all very understanding, caring, patient, kind, as well as helpful. I would recommend him to everyone, and I don't say that lightly.
