“I had a great visit with Dr. Thai over a year ago. Unfortunately, I would like to give the billing dept 0 stars. The practice of this office to send out a bill for services provided over a year ago is unacceptable, unethical and just plain poor business practice. Still waiting for them to cash a check I sent over 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous! EDIT: Turns out I was double-billed. Took almost 3 months to get this cleared up with my persistent emails and effort and a serious lack of communication from the billing office.”

“Ladies at the front desk was really nice. And then one took me to get blood work done. Both ask if i was okay. Made me feel very comfortable. I tend to pass out sometimes doing blood.they put me in a room with a chair that rolls back incase i passed out. But the one female was so gentle i barely felt the needle go in and it was done within seconds. Other girl came in with water for me to drink after.im so glad i found this location. It was worth the 25 min drive lol.”

“Wow! Is this the Heart of Florida? Physician? Yes! I have had the worst experiences with this hospital, staff and affections. I was not going to book an appointment bc I know how this hospital and dr are. But I had no choice I was in pain. I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was amazing. She knew what I needed ect. I was like hmm. Really. So then I went to the appointment. I arrived the same lady on the phone was there. She great me with a smile and she called me by my name. I was shocked. She then said your here the the ??:?? Appointment? I said yes she said a few things. Very polite. I filed out normal forms. I sat a few mins not 1 hr. I was called by my first and last name. I The was truly honestly treated by Dr Rubayat Rahman. I could not believe this. I found a dr that loves what she does and dose it right. Amazing! She is a excellent dr. No doubt! She sent me to do personal stuff. Told me to come back. I did today. I was told what going on and how to take care of my self. She did treat me! The best GI dr I ever had! No more pain and suffering.”
