  One of the larger Badcock stores - awesome selection and pricing! As a previous Badcock customer, recently moved to Fla, and opened a new account at the Lake Eagle store - the fastest furniture purchase I've ever made, and their staff is super professional and helpful. (and they don't OVER SELL you!) We'll be back! ;)

  My boyfriend & I went in to buy 2 recliners and just wanted to say how much we appreciate everything Bo did for us that day & the days since. He’s very polite, friendly, knowledgeable & answered all of our questions with a smile on his face.

  Very pleased with the entire Badcock experience. Great customer service from Ashley! She was stellar!
  Great prices & quality furniture!
  Delivery ???? personnel were outstanding as well.
  I would highly recommend Badcock hands down over their competitors!

  The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. Her customer service skills were off the charts; she knows her stuff and handled it very well and knowledgeable, she wanted to make sure that we were satisfied, not pushy, patient and kind, I should say.
  
  (Joking) “I should have gotten one of those paychecks that day.”????????????). You did an awesome and excellent job.
  
  Now onto cleaning, and preparing ourselves for what we have purchased.

  Had a great experience! I didn’t think things would go so smoothly but my sales rep William was amazing. He was kind, honest and heard what I wanted and was looking for. He made my experience worth it and I definitely will come back to this store in the future
