(January 7, 2019, 8:32 pm)From the very beginning, our sales rep (Cindy Wilkinson) made our experience smooth, as stressless as she could. Besides the builder’s updates, she would go out of her way to send us pictures of updates, parts finished, along with words of encouragement. By the time we went to pre-inspection, we knew to a “T” what we would be seeing. It was so worth it. Marc the building supervisor was clear in his explanations (the house only had inconsequential bits to correct for delivery). Oh, and the FBC financing staff! What a pleasant experience beginning to end. Sue the closer is a (great) riot. Funny! (We’re signing our life away and she made it seem like a White House dinner). But kudos to Cindy. She made it happen!
