  I have been going to Mannys for years. It's a hidden gem. I have been to every one at different locations. But my service tonight is having me doubt my loyalty to the chain. There were 5 adults and 2 kids. We arrived at 4p and seated by 410p. It was busy, but there were empty tables. Drink order took long enough to be taken that we had our entire order ready. Bread was not available until at least 30min after we sat down. I had ordered a kids meal. Usually that comes out pretty quick. 45min into our meal, still zero food. The manager on duty, Kevin came to our table to inform us it would be up soon. I asked about my kids meal, and was told it was never put in. I feel none of our food was put in. I was pretty angry as both my kids were getting antsy. Food for kids arrived and about 10min later, ours arrived. My food was slightly overcooked, and my potato was under cooked. The whole meal just felt off. We received nothing else from management for waiting close to an hour to get food on the table. I was very disappointed in the service. I am going to have to consider going elsewhere from now on. I will give them one more try, and decide. Usually the food and service is spot on.

  Ask for skip he is the best waiter! He made sure our drinks, salad, and bread never went empty. The food is amazing and worth every penny. This is our new favorite restaurant. With all the varieties on the menu you could eat here every day and never grow bored. Thank you skip for a great dining experience.

  Lovely service.. Great atmosphere tonight.. My family and I loved our food too. Everything came out great! Thank you !

  This place is INCREDIBLE! The food the atmosphere, and staff are all off the highest variety. Walk in and you'll feel like home. I drive over an hour to eat here and it's well worth the drive everytime. Skip and Kathy are hysterical and phenomenal servers! 10/10 would recommend

  This place is hopping for a reason. Food is great, and the service is top-notch. Steak perfectly seasoned and cooked. Plan to arrive early if you do not want to wait. We arrived shortly after opening, and were seated promptly. If you do have to wait, it's worth it. Our future trips to central Florida will include a stop here.
  
  Kevin was our server. He was excellent! Attentive, prompt, and really impressed us with going above & beyond.
