  Bok Tower Gardens is a Florida gem. It's a must for anyone who loves Florida and American cultural history. The gardens are extensive with several nature trails you can explore. You can also see the estate home. We spent several hours exploring the grounds, the new educational gardens that were recently added. After some fun in the gardens, we enjoyed one of the concerts at the base of the carillon tower which is ornate with both religious and Florida tributes. The tower itself is beautiful and there are beautiful views of the surrounding areas. This is a great location for a picnic, a photo session, or even a day away from the busy tourist attractions near Orlando. We enjoyed feeding the coy fish in the ponds at the base of the tower as well as the concert. They do offer different concert experiences throughout the year, such as concerts under the stars. Keep an eye on their website or sign up for their mailing list for details.

  Bok Tower Gardens is always a great place to rewind and relax. A walk through the beautiful gardens, a nice rest in the shade of the Oaks by the tower, followed by lunch in the cafe makes a wonderful day. The annual membership is a bargain and includes entry and discounts at hundreds of other botanical gardens and museums. Be sure to tour the house at Pinewood Estate at least once.

  What an absolutely beautiful place! This is a gem of the Florida and definitely a must-see for anyone visiting Central Florida. The restorative powers of the Book Tower Gardens are unbelievable and they even allow you to bring along your well-behaved four-legged friends!

  This is a very nice place to visit if you are in the Lake Wales area. They have lovely gardens, great trails to walk and you can enjoy the carillon bell concerts. I got lucky and got to meet the man who played the bells after his concert. They also have a really pretty old estate home on site. If you go at Christmas time it is decorated in a very traditional way and is beautiful.

  Really lovely gardens and very helpful staff. Lots of FL native plants. .nice pathways....1/2 price for August for FL residents. Cafe has good clean salads and wraps. Nice area for children to play and experience gardening. Good kitchen garden which demonstrates what does grow well in Central FL . Nice gift store with some plants for sale too. The Buck house is interesting but does have a separate fee to view. It is an amazingly well built place.
