  Didn't even know they existed until my doctor recommended them. Getting an expensive eye pressure med for 1/3 what local pharmacies want. Don't buy into the negative reviews, as many people have either unrealistic expectations or can't follow simple directions. Dealing with them for over a year and the only hiccup was a RX that took longer than usual , but customer service explained the delay. Hurricanes tend to do this (lived there for 15 years, so I know). Typically, their deliveries take less time than projected.

  Initially I was really frustrated with this pharmacy. They got my address wrong, cc info wrong and quoted me one price but wanted to charge me another. There were some serious communication issues. However, a manager called me back after being notified of my frustrations, and she was very nice and extremely helpful. We got everything straightened out and my prescription was here in a couple of days. I really appreciate how they handled the situation, and i would definitely recommend them, if you are looking for good customer service and great deals.

  I was a little worried after reading the previous reviews but I have had excellent customer service. I submitted my prescription and it came in a timely fashion. I am also signed up for automatic refills.

  I had a few past bad experiences, but lately the service has been great! Customer service reps very nice and professional. Prices are affordable, and shipped in a timely fashion.
